- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish and set aside.
- Cook Aromatics: In a skillet, sauté celery and onion in butter over medium heat until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- Mix Bread Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread crumbs and white bread cubes.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, poultry seasoning, thyme, sage, and parsley to the bowl. Mix well.
- Add Liquids: In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth and beaten eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and gently toss until evenly moistened. Add additional broth if the mixture seems dry.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Serve: Let the dressing rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
